Washington, do you hear us? We have been telling you for years now. Just follow the Constitution. Nothing more-- nothing less. We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. There you have it. Set us up with a solid defense, a rule of law, order, an energy policy and get out of the way, GO HOME. It's not your job to transfer wealth, to spend our money as though it were yours. What are you doing holding hearing on baseball? The United States Congress-- baseball? Go Home! Walk around and meet your constituents. Talk to us, get to know us. Visit VA hospitals, pump your own gas-- go grocery shopping. How about a visit to the schools in your district. Learn what the schools are and are not teaching. I believed you'll be amazed. A trip to a military base would be in order, get to know the people who make our country safe.
